Will my technicians actually use this in the shop?

That is the whole question. Push to talk on a phone, on a tablet bolted to a workbench, or in a browser. Voice in, voice out. The answer cites the manual page and the senior tech who added the local note. We have watched mechanics who never opened a PDF use it on the second visit.

Do you replace our fleet management software?

No. We sit alongside Fleetio, RTA, Dossier, or whatever you run. We are the knowledge layer, not the work order system. Integrations are on the roadmap for the systems our customers ask about most.

What does the manager actually have to do to capture knowledge?

Talk. Push the record button, narrate the override or the warning, tag the equipment, hit submit. A supervisor approves it and it becomes part of the answer. Total time per entry, under two minutes.

Where does our data live, and who can see it?

Your tenant is logically isolated. Documents, knowledge, conversations, and audio recordings only return to people inside your organization. Data residency in US or EU is configurable for enterprise tenants. Encryption at rest and in transit by default. Read the full details on the security page.

How does pricing work for a small yard?

Starter is 299 a month for five users, 500 documents, and 1,000 queries. If your single yard is bigger than that, we will quote you. Pilots run flat fee for the first month so nobody is watching a meter while they evaluate.

Can we just buy you and skip the call?

Self serve signup is coming. For now we want a short call so the pilot is set up properly and you do not waste the first week wrestling with onboarding.
